FACILITY REGULATIONS
Confirmation of the reservation implies full acceptance of the following conditions, which govern the stay at the facility and form an integral part of the hospitality contract.
1. General provisions and financial conditions
The Management may request a security deposit for direct bookings, commensurate with the duration and type of apartment. The deposit will be returned at check-out after verification of the condition of the accommodation.
In case of cancellation within seven days prior to check-in, an administrative fee of €20 will be retained. No refund will be given after this deadline. Payment for the stay must be made within seven days of check-in.
Violation of the Regulations will result in immediate termination of the contract without the right to a refund. For stays longer than 29 consecutive days, the registration tax is payable by the Guest.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
Any changes must be agreed in advance.
3. Services included in the rate
Water, electricity, and gas consumption.
Underfloor heating and air conditioning.
Wi-Fi, TV, and Sky (excluding pay-per-view content).
Safe.
Fully equipped kitchen and appliances.
Bed linen and towels.
Access to common areas.
4. Services not included
Extra cleaning.
Additional linen changes.
Parking space or garage.
Staying with pets.
5. Services on request (for a fee)
Daily cleaning: €50.
Change of bath linen: €15 per person.
Change of bed linen: €15.
Extra bed for child (up to 6 years): €50.
Extra bed for adult: €120.
Pet (1 per apartment, max 10 kg): €30 per night.
Rates may vary.
6. Cleaning, tidiness, and care of the premises
Regular weekly cleaning (Mon-Fri 2:30-5:30 p.m., excluding holidays).
Guests must dispose of waste daily and keep the kitchenette tidy.
It is forbidden to damage walls or furnishings, move furniture, or hang laundry outside.
Any damage must be reported within 12 hours.
Responsible use of water and energy is required.
7. Safekeeping of valuables
Each apartment is equipped with a safe. The Management is not responsible for theft or loss due to negligence.
8. Rules of conduct
Quiet is required.
Doors, windows, and balconies must be closed when absent.
It is forbidden to bring in unregistered persons, smoke, carry out commercial activities, or transfer residence.
It is forbidden to disseminate images or videos without authorization.
Common areas are under video surveillance in accordance with current legislation.
9. Access and identification
Access is only permitted to registered guests.
Guests are required to show identification upon request.
Subletting is prohibited.
Violations will result in termination of the contract and the application of legal penalties.
10. Liability
Guests are liable for any damage caused directly or indirectly.
Parents or guardians are responsible for minors and animals.
The Management is not liable for theft, damage caused by negligence, actions of other guests, or interruptions due to force majeure.
11. Privacy
The Guest declares that they have received the information on the processing of personal data and consent to the purposes indicated, including the possible receipt of informational and promotional communications.
12. Inventory
The apartment inventory is an integral part of the contract.
