 The facility offers five fine apartments: two studios, two one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment (for more details, click here).

 Yes, the building is equipped with an elevator, accessible from all floors.

 Yes, our site allows direct, simple and secure booking with instant confirmation.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
 Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
 Check-out: by 11 a.m.

 Yes, we offer automated, convenient and secure 24/7 self check-in via personalized code.
Is there a minimum or maximum stay?
 The minimum stay is generally one night, except for particular periods. There is no maximum limit, even extended stays are welcome.
Payments and cancellations
What payment methods do you accept?
 We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments. Payment is normally required one week prior to arrival, depending on the method chosen.
Is a deposit or credit card required as a guarantee?
 Yes, we require a credit card as a guarantee, or security deposit. Any charges will be refunded in full if cancellation is made on time.
Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
 Yes. We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. For cancellations after that time, the full amount is charged.
How does the refund policy work?
 If you cancel at least 7 days before arrival, the full amount paid, if any, is refunded. Beyond this deadline, there is no refund.

 Yes, all apartments are equipped with free fast Wi-Fi.
Does each apartment have a fully equipped kitchen?
 Yes, each unit has a full kitchen: stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes, pots and pans, and cutlery.

 Yes, we provide bed and bath linens, with weekly change included. Upon request, we can come incotro to different needs.
Do the apartments have air conditioning and heating?
 Yes, all apartments have independent air conditioning and heating.

 Yes, we offer additional cleaning upon request for a fee.
Are pets allowed?
 Sadly, only small dogs, under 10 kg in weight.
