La Piola di Via Piol Restaurant is located in Rivoli, in the heart of the historic center, on the beautiful and characteristic Via Fratelli Piol.

The Fratelli Piol, Partisans, sacrificed their lives for freedom, and with their surname smelling of Barbera and green anchovies, it could only fit well with this Piola on the street dedicated to them.

Closed on Mondays

Open Tuesday through Sunday dinner only

Saturday and Sunday also open for lunch.

Chef Mimmo Girioli, the Frontman of the Piola, class of 1990, crazy, rebellious and nonconformist, has his own way of cooking and catering...quality and informality, this is what he wants to convey in his Pioletta together with his young and dynamic staff. He always manages to amaze and create something new from tradition, a child of the world, his experiences around make his cooking almost as crazy as he is and difficult to replicate, never predictable nor banal, he is not afraid to dare and to introduce new worlds and new recipes to those who sit in the beautiful Piola in Rivoli.
