The Fratelli Piol, Partisans, sacrificed their lives for freedom, and with their surname smelling of Barbera and green anchovies, it could only fit well with this Piola on the street dedicated to them.

Chef Mimmo Girioli, the Frontman of the Piola, class of 1990, crazy, rebellious and nonconformist, has his own way of cooking and catering...quality and informality, this is what he wants to convey in his Pioletta together with his young and dynamic staff.
