SCLAK is an electronic and secure access system by URMET, consisting of an electronic device and an app that allows guests to open the door with their smartphones without the use of keys.
The total autonomy of access to the room, offers complete freedom of schedules to guests who can schedule arrival and departure according to their needs.
Once you check in online you will receive an email with instructions on how to get the access keys to your apartment.
Inside the email you will find two links, click on the first one to download the URMET SCLAK application.
Once you have downloaded the application do not open it but go back to the message you received and click on the second link to activate the keys.
The application will automatically open and you will be prompted to create an account. Once activated, you will find the keys available.
You will have a total of 2 keys: the key to the front door and the key to the door of your apartment.
