The WiFi service of the PIOL42 residence is based on Cisco routers model XFL-10425-25, connected to a communication network with the TIM central office (ISP), which is made entirely of fiber optic (FTTH). This makes the connection much more reliable, stable, and fast, as fiber optics is not subject to external disturbances (reliability), the length of the route does not affect the maximum speed (stability), and the fiber very high bandwidth speeds (speed) up to 2.5 Gb in GPON technology.
