How does check-in work?

Check-in is fully automated and available 24/7. Before arrival, you will receive your access code and instructions by email.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 3:00 PM with 24/7 self check-in, check-out by 11:00 AM. Booking directly, free late check-out until 1:00 PM on request.

Can I check in late at night?

Yes. Self check-in is available 24/7.

How can I book?

Directly through our website by selecting "Book your stay". Direct booking, instant confirmation.

What is the cancellation policy?

Standard cancellation free up to 7 days before. Booking directly: free up to 5 days before.

Does PIOL42 accept credit card payments?

Yes. Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through our booking system. For corporate transfers, contact us.

Is there a minimum stay?

Minimum stay is 2 nights. For work stays we offer dedicated rates starting from 7 nights.

Do you issue corporate invoices?

Yes. Regular VAT invoices in the company's name. Professional S.R.L. management.

Are the apartments suitable for work stays?

Absolutely: fibre Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine and parking on request.

Are there rates for recurring or corporate stays?

Yes, directly negotiated rates for regular companies or stays longer than 7 nights.

Can I book multiple apartments for a team?

Yes, we manage 5 apartments in the same building for teams of up to 10.

Can I receive an invoice?

PIOL42 is managed by an S.R.L. and issues regular electronic invoices with VAT.

Where can I park?

Private parking available on request and subject to availability, plus several public options nearby.

Are there parking benefits for companies?

Yes, dedicated benefits for regular guests and partner companies.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi in all apartments.

Do the apartments have a kitchen?

Yes, a fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances in every apartment.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, air conditioning and underfloor radiant heating in all apartments.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes, in every apartment.

Do the apartments have TV with Sky channels?

Yes, Smart TV with active SKY Stream in all apartments.

Is PIOL42 accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Apartment A is on the ground floor with direct access from the courtyard, step-free.

How is it different from a hotel?

On average 3 times the space of a hotel room, full kitchen, washing machine, total privacy and 24/7 self check-in.

Are pets allowed?

Only on request, subject to confirmation by the property.

Can I smoke in the apartments?

No, all apartments are strictly non-smoking.

Rivoli's historic centre, Via Fratelli Piol 42, 15 km from Turin.

How far is it from Turin?

15 km, 15-20 minutes by car via ring road, or metro (Collegno) + 18 minutes to Porta Nuova.

How do you reach PIOL42 from Turin airport?

Turin-Caselle Airport about 25 minutes by car. We recommend taxi, private transfer or car rental.
